It also depends on where you live and your local pd on wether they enforce the tint laws or do not. ![]() If you are not trying to get bothered by the fuzz in PA I would go with 50%. ![]() Also there is already a natural dye in the window which means ie if I get 35% on my windows its not going to be legal. All of the 50 states for some reason decided to have different laws. So even if you got 50% you would be technically breaking the law. I definitely want the back done in 1 piece with good quality tint, but am not looking for a ultra high-end (expensive) Huber Optik type job.įor your FYI the tint law in PA is 70%. I think the same 40%/30% will look lighter on hers, but not sure. Her car has tan interior, bigger windows, and is a much less attention-grabbing light blue. Its not really that dark, when it is cloudy out it looks pretty dark and on a red car, i will probably get hassled for it her in PA. I have 40% in the front and 30% in the rear on my red B6 Avant with black interior. her car was tinted when we were in CA and she didnt have any issue with it - i am just talking about local law enforcement.
